The cost depends on the playing time of the video on the tape and format you require it in. You don’t get charged for blank tapes or old TV shows on the end of a tape.

Notes and Conditions*… Please Read! • If you only have a single video tape to transfer a minimum fee of $36 is the price. • If you have 2 or more tapes to transfer, the prices are based on the playing time of each tape as shown above. • Price excludes MicroMV & professional format tapes Umatic, DVCAM, Betacam & High definition formats, call for these prices. • USB key & Google cloud upload is Not included in transfer price. Brismedia supplies a quality Sandisk or Lexar USB key for $18. One USB fits All your tapes as separate files. Additional Keys are available but not at this subsidised price. • Clients can NOT supply USB keys / Hard Drives due to reliability, playback & privacy issues. • Google Cloud upload of video with easy share link = $20 (only available for very small video jobs) Link available for a minimum of 6 months but is not permanent!

Single Tape to MP4 Digital File on USB • 1 tape that has up to 1 hours of vision: $19 • 1 tape that has up to 2 hours of vision: $25 • 1 tape that has up to 3 hours of vision: $29 • 1 tape that has up to 4 hours of vision: $34 • USB key is not included in transfer price.

Tapes to DVD • 1 tape that has up to 2 hours of vision: $38 • 1 tape that has between 2 to 4 hours of vision: $65 (2 discs are required) • 2 tapes combined onto 1 DVD. The combined playing time of tapes must be 2 hours or less: $60 • Extra copies of DVD: $20 (If done at the same time) • DVD disc is included in price.

Tip! Avoid companies putting 3 hours onto 1 DVD as the quality suffers.
